• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• Do you give tracking numbers ?

  We provide tracking numbers upon request

• What will happen if my package is lost or stolen ?

  All packages are sent with a return address if the package is sent to the wrong address it will be returned back to Stephanie Lians Closet.

  We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

  We have a NO MONEY BACK policy. Any situation involving shipping may or may not be exchanged for a different item.

  All refunds will be issued a 3.5% refund credit card fee. This fee is taken by PayPal.
